For purposes of Article II, consisting of Division 1 and 2, the following definitions shall apply:

(a) "Director" shall mean the city manager, or his designee.

(b) "Enforcement officer" shall mean any city employee or agent of the city with the authority to enforce any provision of this Code including, but not limited to, code enforcement officers, animal control officers and police officers. (Ord. No. 2423 (NCS), § 1.)
