(a) The administrative citation and all notices required to be given by this Article shall be served on the responsible party in accordance with the provisions of Section 1-30 of this Article.

(b) Failure to receive any notice specified herein does not affect the validity of proceedings conducted hereunder. (Ord. No. 2423 (NCS), § 1.)
