It shall be unlawful for any person to whom such permit has been issued, to permit, suffer or allow any loud, tumultuous, boisterous or offensive noise or conduct, or other disturbance of the public peace, upon the premises where the public dance is being conducted. (Ord. No. 200 (NCS), § 5.)
