It shall be unlawful for any person to establish, carry on, keep or maintain a place where spirituous, vinous, malt or intoxicating liquors, or any admixture thereof, or any alcoholic drinks whatsoever, are sold, kept for sale, offered for sale, furnished, distributed, divided, delivered or given away for consumption on the premises where sold, within five hundred feet of any public school in the city.
