A violation of Section 6-60(g) shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed ten thousand dollars; which shall be deposited in the general fund of the city. A violation of any provision of this article, other than Section 6-60(g), is a misdemeanor. (Ord. No. 1653 (NCS), § 1; Ord. No. 1723 (NCS), § 7.)
