Sec. 9-17. Article not to affect this code, the California Building Code, Uniform Administrative Code or the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings provisions.

The provisions of this article shall not be deemed to repeal by implication any other provisions of this code, or of the codes referenced in the title of this section, and the adoption hereof shall not be deemed to affect or diminish the power or authority of any officer or employee of the city to condemn any building or structure erected or maintained in violation of any other provision of this code or of the codes referenced above.
