The applicant may appeal the committee's decision to the city's board of appeals, which shall hold a public hearing on the application after notices thereof have been mailed by the building official to property owners and residents of property situated within a three hundred feet radius of the proposed site at least five business days prior to said public hearing. The appeal shall be in writing and shall be filed with the building official. The city's board of appeals shall approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove the application. (Ord.
