The California Mechanical Code (CMC), Title 24, Part 4, 2001 Edition, published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO), which incorporates by reference the 2000 edition of the Uniform Mechanical Code published by IAMPO, with necessary California amendments, one copy of which is on file in the office of the city clerk of the city, is adopted, and each and every provision set forth, with the exception of those amendments hereinafter appearing, is referred to and made a part thereof for all purposes as if fully set forth herein.
