The Uniform Administrative Code, 1997 Edition, by International Conference of Building Officials, one copy of which code is now on file in the office of the clerk of the city, is adopted as the administrative code of the city, and each and every provision therein set forth, with the exception of those changes hereinafter appearing, is referred to and made a part hereof for all purposes as fully as if set forth herein.
