The California Electrical Code, Title 24, Part 3, 2001 Edition, published by the California Building Standards Commission, which incorporates by reference the 1999 edition of the National Electrical Code, published by the National Fire Protection Association with necessary California amendments, one copy of which is on file in the office of the city clerk of the city, is adopted, and each and every provision set forth, with the exception of those amendments hereinafter appearing, is referred to and made a part thereof for all purposes as if fully set forth herein.
