The California Plumbing Code, Title 24, Part 5, 1998 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials, which incorporates by reference the 1997 edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code, published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, with necessary California amendments, including those appendices and installation standards specifically adopted hereinafter, one copy of which is on file in the office of the city clerk of the city, is adopted, and each and every provision set forth, with the exception of those amendments hereinafter appearing, is referred to and made a part thereof for all purposes as if fully set forth herein.
