Sec. 10-80. Employment of experts and consultants.

The city is hereby authorized to contract for such engineering, architectural, financial, accounting, legal or other services as may be necessary in the judgment of the city for the purposes of this division and the implementation of any project. (Ord. No. 1883 (NCS), § 1.)
