Sec. 14-2.3. Non-putrescible, dry waste compactor permit revocation.

The city public works director shall have the authority to revoke any non-putrescible, dry waste compactor permit should the owner or person in charge of the compactor allow any of the permit requirements, listed in Section 14-2.2, to be in default. The director may also revoke any non-putrescible, dry waste compactor permit should he find that it is not in the best interests of the community for the permit to be allowed.
If a non-putrescible, dry waste compactor permit is revoked, for any reason, that compactor and/or property will not be eligible for a new non-putrescible, dry waste compactor permit until:
A. The reason for revocation has been eliminated or mitigated, and;
B. All requirements for a non-putrescible, dry waste compactor permit have been met, and;
C. At least six months have passed since the date of revocation.
If a non-putrescible, dry waste compactor permit is revoked, for any reason, the non-putrescible, dry waste accumulating on that property will be subject to the period of removal requirements as outlined in Section 14-2. (Ord. No. 2413 (NCS), § 1.)
