trash or litter in these areas by affording places for the deposit of casual or
occasional trash. No person shall place or deposit in any such public trash
receptacle any garbage, trash or refuse of any kind which has been accumulated
in the course of ordinary household domestic activity and would normally be
disposed of in receptacles required to be furnished by each such householder for
his own use, or which has been accumulated in the course of any business or
commercial activity and would normally be disposed of in receptacles required to
be furnished by such business or commercial operator for his own use. (Ord. No.
