Sec. 14A-6. Determination of graffiti by director _ Notice to remove; removal.
Whenever the director determines that graffiti exists on any permanent structure in the city of Salinas which is visible from the street or other public or private property, the director shall immediately notify the owner(s) of such property, and may notify the person(s) in possession or control of such property if different from the owner(s), to remove or paint over the graffiti. The removal shall be accomplished within ten days after receipt of such notification or within ten days after the notice is deemed to have been received in the event notice is mailed pursuant to the provisions of Section 14A-7.
