Sec. 14A-9. Same _ Removal by city.

Upon failure of persons to comply with the notice, the director shall cause the graffiti to be removed, or painted over and shall file a report with the council advising that the removal was required and has been done, the cost of doing such work and the name of the owner or owners of the property upon which the work was required. Only the graffiti shall be removed. Painting or repair of a more extensive area is prohibited. (Ord. No. 1935 (NCS), § 2.)
