Sec. 17.1-12. Duty of owner to provide a copy of this chapter.

It shall be the duty of every owner to provide a copy of this chapter to each mobilehome owner or tenant who rents or leases a space from the owner. (Ord. No. 2110 (NCS), § 1.)
