CHAPTER 28. RECREATION AND PARKS.*
Sec. 28-12. Appeals from decisions of director of recreation and parks.
Any person aggrieved by, or dissatisfied with, any act
performed, or ruling, determination, or order made, by the director of
recreation and parks in connection with any matter or subject under or pursuant
to the authority or right granted such director of recreation and parks under
the provisions of this chapter, shall have the right of appeal to the
recreation-park commission for a determination of the dispute or issue involved,
and the determination and decision of such recreation-park commission shall be
final in any and all such matters, subject only to the general supervision and
control reserved in and by the council. (Ord. No. 872 (NCS), §
