CHAPTER 30. STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.*

Sec. 30-12.7. Contents of permit.

Each parade permit issued hereunder shall specify the following information:

(a) The starting time of the parade;

(b) The minimum and maximum speeds to be maintained by vehicles in the parade, if any;

(c) The maximum length of the components of the parade in miles or fractions thereof;

(d) The maximum interval of space to be maintained between units of the parade;

(e) The specific portions of streets that may be occupied by the parade;

(f) Such other restrictions, conditions or limitations as the city manager shall deem necessary to the enforcement of these sections. (Ord. No. 1441 (NCS), § 1.)
