Sec. 30-32. Location of street trees; tree fee.

(a) Street trees shall be located in the public right-of-way in accordance with regulations adopted by the recreation-park commission on all streets in residential zones and in accordance with the master street tree plan adopted by the recreation-park commission in all other zones.
