Sec. 30-83. Variances -- Procedure.

The procedure to be followed in applying for, giving notice of and granting such variances shall be that set forth in the zoning code. The fee charged shall be the same as that for zoning variance applications. (Ord. No. 1610 (NCS), § 13.)
