CHAPTER 33. TAXICABS AND OTHER VEHICLES FOR HIRE.*

Sec. 33-33. Franchise required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or maintain upon any of the public streets, roads or alleys of the city any motor bus business, engaged in regular scheduled operations over established routes, without having first obtained from the city a franchise therefor. (Ord. No. 429 (NCS), § 1.)
