CHAPTER 36. INDUSTRIAL WASTE, WASTEWATER COLLECTION AND DISCHARGE.

Sec. 36-20.2. Prohibitions on point of discharge.

No person shall discharge any substances directly into a manhole or other opening in the city's collection system other than through an approved building sewer, unless approved by the director. (Ord. No. 2102 (NCS).)
