CHAPTER 36. INDUSTRIAL WASTE, WASTEWATER COLLECTION AND DISCHARGE.

Sec. 36-25.6. Pretreatment modification.

Any change in the pretreatment facility of an industrial user shall be submitted to the city for review and approval. Plans showing the pretreatment facility's operating procedures shall be in detail. The director will approve the change before construction. The review and approval of such plans will in no way relieve the industrial user from the responsibility of future facility modification to effect compliance with the provision of this chapter. (Ord.
