CHAPTER 36. INDUSTRIAL WASTE, WASTEWATER COLLECTION AND DISCHARGE.

Sec. 36-25. Application of federal categorical standards.

All current national categorical standards shall apply in any instance where they are more stringent than local limits imposed under this chapter. Any new, revised or future national categorical standards, upon promulgation, if more stringent than local limits, shall immediately supersede limitations under this chapter. (Ord. No. 2102 (NCS).)
