CHAPTER 36. INDUSTRIAL WASTE, WASTEWATER COLLECTION AND DISCHARGE.

Sec. 36-5. Permit required to connect.

It shall be unlawful for any person to connect any building sewer to any special sewer without a permit therefor having been first obtained from the director. (Ord. No. 1870 § 3.)
