Youth Advisory Commission
The Youth Advisory Commission identifies and promotes the concerns of the youth of Salinas. The commission recommends recreational programs and activities for young adults to the City Council.
Looking for Volunteers! 
The City of Salinas is looking for students between thirteen and eighteen years of age to serve on the Youth Commission. The Youth Commission is comprised of twenty-eight members selected by the Mayor and City Councilmembers to make recommendations regarding recreational programs and activities affecting youth. The Commission generally meets the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 6:30 p.m.

Meeting Schedule
The commission meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall West Wing Conference Room. Call (831) 758-7476 for general information or questions regarding agendas/minutes.
