Technology Help Desk RFP
The City of Salinas is requesting proposals for Technology Helpdesk and Support Services. Our goal is to ensure that the City is receiving the most cost effective Helpdesk and technology support services for staff. The City currently has more than 600 desktops for our 700+ users. Support is provided for staff at more than 20 locations. Please review the RFP document for full information.
Construction bids are administered by the Engineering & Transportation Department.
