It is the mission of the Parks & Grounds Division
to provide quality maintenance service to Salinas’ inventory of parks, green belts,
open spaces, medians, planters, facility landscapes, and landscape maintenance districts by utilizing
in-house staff, contract services, inmate crews,
and the efforts of
local volunteers.
